Objective Description
A MIPS eligible clinician is required to submit at least two of the measures of the clinician’s choice from the five measures associated with the objective:
- Immunization Registry Reporting
- Syndromic Surveillance Reporting
- Electronic Case Reporting
- Public Health Registry Reporting
- Clinical Data Registry Reporting
