Promoting Interoperability Measures

You can report these measures if you have technology certified to the 2015 edition or you have a combination of technologies from 2014 and 2015 editions that support these measures. If you are exclusively using 2014 Edition CEHRT, please view the transition year PI measures.
To receive any credit for the Promoting Interoperability (formerly Advancing Care Information) performance category, base score measures must be reported. Attesting to the base score measures will award 50% of the PI category score. The remaining 50% can be earned by reporting performance for PI measures. Read more about the PI performance category >

2018 Promoting Interoperability Transition Measures

You can report these measures if you have technology certified to the 2015 edition; you have technology certified to the 2014 edition; or you have a combination of technologies from 2014 and 2015 editions. Please note that using the transition measures will not result in a bonus for using 2015 CEHRT technology. If you have CEHRT certified to the 2015 edition and would like to receive the 10% bonus, please refer to the standard PI measures.
